Rey
Frequently asked questions
Is Rey a dashboard?
No. A dashboard shows you what happened and leaves the interpretation and follow-up to your team. Rey assembles the report, prepares the next step, tracks what's still open, and posts the result in Slack on a schedule your team agrees to.
Is Rey a general AI assistant like ChatGPT?
No. A general AI assistant responds to whatever prompt you give it in the moment and stops once it replies. Rey owns a standing responsibility (weekly reporting, campaign prep, sample tracking, meeting follow-through, or advertising insight), works from the business context your team has approved, and returns on schedule without being asked each time.
What data does Rey need access to?
Rey reads your Shop data, creator data, campaign data, and the advertising data available to your team. Exactly what's connected depends on your setup; the beta onboarding process covers this with each team individually.
Does Rey spend money or change ad budgets?
No. Rey reads the advertising snapshots available to her and recommends what to review. It does not create ads, change budgets, or spend money. Any action on advertising is your team's decision.
Does Rey invite creators or commit to terms without approval?
No. Rey prepares campaign drafts (creator matches, terms, invitations) from your Creator Targets, but nothing goes out until your team reviews and approves it.
Where does Rey's output show up?
In the Slack channel your team already works in. There's no separate dashboard to log into.
What happens if a data source doesn't report?
Missing data shows up as a gap and is flagged as such. Rey never fills a missing number in as a zero.
Who is Rey built for?
Creator marketing teams at ecommerce brands, particularly on Shopify, running an active creator or influencer program with enough volume that manual reporting and tracking have become their own job.
How do I get access?
Rey is currently in beta. Apply for a beta slot to get in touch about access and onboarding.
